Sanna Ansaldo

Sanna is a seasoned yoga teacher with a rich background in the art of Movement, Yoga, Dance and Mindfulness. From Sweden & Italy, currently based in Perth, Australia, Sanna brings a unique blend of cultural influences to her teachings. Fluent in four languages, she merges her diverse experiences to create a truly enriching yoga practice.

Sanna has been deeply immersed in the world of yoga since 2015, with a wealth of teaching experience spanning over five years in various studios in Europe and Southeast Asia. Her passion for the practice is not only evident in her teaching but also in her commitment to continuous learning. Sanna has dedicated over 1000+ hours to teacher trainings, enriching her skills and deepening her understanding of yoga philosophy.

Alongside her yoga journey, she explores various movement forms, including Barre, Animal Flow, Dancing, Gymnastics, Partner Acrobatics, and Thai Boxing.

Sanna sees yoga as a great accessible tool for everyone to get to know themselves better and love themselves more. Her teaching philosophy centers around encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones and realize their full potential.

As a seasoned instructor, Sanna has not only taught in different studios but has also hosted workshops, retreats, and courses in Europe and around the world. Her extensive experience reflects a commitment to creating meaningful and transformative yoga experiences for her students.
