Yoga & Breathwork Retreat

Have you ever wished for a space where meaningful conversations happened effortlessly? Or left a yoga class with a new insight about life?
Perhaps felt a sense of common humanity and connection to others at the yoga studio? If so, this retreat is for you.

Through Yoga and Breathwork, we can get a glimpse of who we are beyond the everyday narratives and stories we tell ourselves. We can access emotions, tap into our vulnerability, and bring forth our natural ability to connect with others. During the retreat, we will nurture this openness and create space for us all to reflect on our lives, our relationships with others, and our connection to the world we live in.

We will be available throughout the weekend, whether you want to talk about the challenges of living a balanced life or explore forearm alignment in Pincha Mayurasana.

Everybody is welcome regardless of experience in Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation.

Day 1: Saturday, 23rd November

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Healthy Lunch

Enjoy a plant-based, nourishing lunch featuring grain bowls, fresh salads, and detox juices.

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Free Time

2:30 PM – 3:15 PM: Breathwork Workshop

Topic: The power of your breath

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Transformational Breathwork Session

A deep 90-minute breathwork journey focusing on emotional release and self-discovery.

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Free Time for Journaling and Reflection

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Inversions & Backbend Workshop

Day 2: Sunday, 24th November

Focus on breath, movement, and mindfulness as guests prepare for the day ahead.

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Healthy Breakfast

A light breakfast featuring smoothie bowls, chia pudding, and herbal teas.

11:30 AM – 12:15 PM: Gut Health Workshop

Topic: Working in Synchrony with Nature’s Elements for Gut Health.

12:15 PM – 1:30 PM: Free Time or Optional Earthing/Grounding Activity

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Healthy Lunch

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Afternoon Activities

Optional Cold Dip in the Lake: A refreshing experience for those who wish to connect with nature.
Optional Sauna Session.

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Closing Yoga and Integration Session

A gentle yoga practice with restorative poses, focusing on integration and gratitude. Guided reflection on the entire retreat experience, allowing guests to share insights.

4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Farewell Circle

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Departure

Guests are free to check out and leave the retreat space by 6 PM.

  • Vesna is a highly skilled Transformational Breathwork Facilitator. she is also certified in Integrative Nutrition, Quantum Medicine, USUI Reiki and Shamanic Tantra, with 10+ years of experience and over 900 happy Clients. She believes ´Wellness´ ís not a fixed state or destination. Continued education, adaptability, curiosity and engrained passion are her key ingredients to staying in the ever-evolving flow of what is well.

  • Sanna Ansaldo is a passionate yoga teacher and practitioner, a storyteller and free spirit with a deep love for exploring both the outer and inner worlds. 

    Sanna has been deeply immersed in the world of yoga since 2015, with a wealth of teaching experience spanning over five years in various studios in Europe. Her passion for the practice is not only evident in her teaching but also in her commitment to continuous learning. Sanna has dedicated over 1000 hours to teacher trainings, enriching her skills and deepening her understanding of yoga philosophy.

    Alongside her yoga journey, she explores various movement forms, including Barre, Animal Flow, Dancing, Gymnastics, Partner Acrobatics, and Thai Boxing. 

    Sanna sees yoga as a great accessible tool for everyone to get to know themselves better and love themselves more. Her teaching philosophy centres around encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones and realise their full potential.
